The platform type laser welding machine, with the structural advantages of a fixed worktable and a precision displacement system, is particularly suitable for batch welding of small and standardized components such as chainsaw silencers, balancing efficiency and stability.

1、Core Process Design

In response to the characteristics of the 0.5-2mm stainless steel shell, circular weld, and multi partition splicing of the chain saw muffler, the platform laser welding adopts the following configuration:

  1. Core equipment
    Laser source: 800-1200W continuous fiber laser (beam diameter 0.2-0.4mm)
    Welding platform: XY axis precision slide table (positioning accuracy ± 0.02mm, repeat positioning accuracy ± 0.05mm)
    Auxiliary system: rotating fixture (360 ° seamless welding, adjustable speed from 0-50r/min)+coaxial CCD monitoring
  2. Process characteristics
    By using a mode where the workpiece remains stationary and the laser head moves, and in conjunction with zone positioning fixtures, multiple weld seams can be welded to the muffler cylinder, end cover, and internal partition in one clamping operation, avoiding multiple positioning errors.
